Fall 2001 MusicA few of the wild and wooly tracks include "Junk Food Jump," which cooks like crazy ("greasy goes down easy . . . let's all get hyperactive now"); "It Did It All By Itself," the perfect passing-the-buck anthem; and "Dinosaur in Your Bathtub," a song that reveals what goes on when you think no one's home: besides a dinosaur sneaking a nap in your tub, there's a "big old muddy-footed alligator" jumping on the bed and an elephant making pasta in the kitchen.
And, if kids think that adults have got it made because they get to drive cars, go to bed when they want to, and "take 50 grand to Disneyland," Idlet and Grimwood have a comically wry reply: "It's Better Than That" ("We have a chocolate éclair about as big as your head, Just before we get out of bed . . . With nothing to fear because we're big and tall, We're never in school because we know it all . . . "). Terrific family listening.
