ChatterPix Kids is a photo-editing app through which users can change their still pictures into moving, talking messages. Users can add a variety of accessories (e.g., silly hats, glasses, flames, etc.) to any photo; and, then they record audio messages to go along with their silly creations. While many apps are dedicated to some form of educational enrichment, this app is purely fun. We would recommend this app for its entertainment and long-term play value, as the creations made with it are limited only by the imagination.
