Timon and Pumbaa are the animal duo who popularized the concept of "Hakuna Matata" in The Lion King. Hakuna Matata boasts of a "problem-free philosophy" that means "no worries for the rest of your days," and in this 12-minute instructional health video, the team tells kids ages five through nine that one way to avoid worries is to wash hands and prevent the spread of germs.

Timon and Pumbaa provide a very kid-friendly explanation of how germs spread and then they demonstrate proper hand-washing techniques and how to cover one's nose and mouth when sneezing. They also talk about the importance of proper nutrition and good oral hygiene in order to maintain a healthy body that can fight off germs. It's information kids probably have heard before, but it may make a greater impression coming from these two popular comic characters.
