For our testers, bath toys rarely provide more than five minutes of play time, as they usually prefer to play with simple household items like plastic cups or watering cans in the tub. That said, Dirty Dishes emerged as an engaging bath toy. Kids will enjoy acting like mommy and daddy by completing this mock household chore. Testers did not get bored of the toy, as the components lend themselves to creative new uses. Even when children lose interest in pretending to wash dishes, the components can still be used for imaginative play - the fork can become a sail mast and the plate a cover for full cups of water. We recommend this toy, even with the recognition that it could be imitated using objects one might have in the house already.
