To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Northern California-based Music for Little People is releasing a series of compilation albums this year to reflect the diverse offerings that have come to define the well-respected independent family music label.
Love & Peace includes "Baby Beluga"-one of the signature songs that put Raffi on the map-Buckwheat Zydeco's "Choo Choo Boogaloo," 1960s icon Donovan's "I Love My Shirt," "If I Had a Hammer" sung by Brian Johnson of AC/DC and doo-wop group The Persuasions with its version of "Teddy Bear's Picnic." Other artists featured are Laurie Berkner, Taj Mahal, Willie Nelson, and Ladysmith Black Mambazo.
