Here, a little one afraid of the dark, is mesmerized into “reading” a tale through studying the pictures. Inquisitive intelligent youngsters may take the challenge, look carefully at the detailed drawings and determine the hilarious storyline. In one of the book’s four sentences the author dares the reader, “If you can figure something out—go ahead.” Ah, the pleasure.
